I just made kale chips and they’re actually really good. I wasn’t really a potato chip junkie but these kale chips are always a great alternative! I like them because when I try to make sweet potato chips they always turn out burnt on the outside and soft on the inside with no crunch!

Today I had practice for the first time in 9 days since Broad Street 10 miler… I wasn’t as in shape as I was 9 days ago but my pace is still pretty good! 3.1 miles of mini hills, grass, and sidewalk without stopping so I’d say I did okayish! I need to get back into the running zone again and try to run every day this week to keep my muscles going.

Today I tried to eat veggies and mostly fruits and I’m doing awesome! It’s the end of the day now but all day I felt pretty good!
