I'm Cassandra this blog was made this blog in November 2011. It's been a rollercoaster of "fitness" since then. I'm finally healthily becoming healthy instead of the quick fast and dangerous way.

Currently 16 and training with my school's running club for the Philadelphia Marathon in November. I'm scared but I really want to do this.

I love food, fitness, yoga, running, and being happy about simple things.

Broad street run 10 miler! Didn’t stop the whole time, if we did only for hydration. Did our goal under 2 hours.
Next year aiming for 1:35-1:40 around a 9 minute mile! So much fun and excitement!!

I feel really lame because I’m really slow.. Oh well it was just a jog and I wasn’t trying to sprint. Hopefully by the end of this month I can do a 9 minute a mile! btw I really hate running on tracks.
